Description- Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day supplier/carrier communications; route issues to seniors per SOP
Execute bookings and tracking for domestic and basic international moves; escalate delays to protect customer delivery
Process simple returns per SOP; log non-compliances (NCs) and hand off escalations
Support cycle counts and basic discrepancy research; maintain documentation for audits/SOX
Flag at-risk inventory; record approved scrap transactions per procedure
Run standard KPI reports (e.g. OTD fill aging); validate data accuracy
Follow standard work; suggest incremental improvements using FBS basics
- Competencies required
Foundations in transportation and Incoterms; understanding of warehouse flows and handoffs; service-oriented communication
Awareness of GDP/QMS in distribution; maintains complete and accurate documentation
Basic proficiency with TMS/WMS/ERP and Excel; attention to detail and data accuracy
Applies FBS in own work (participates in kaizen uses standard work) and learns quickly through experimentation
Raises issues early and collaborates cross-functionally to resolve operational obstacles
- Education & Experience required
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Engineering or related field
- OR equivalent practical experience. Demonstrated foundation in logistics/operations or customer operations including use of TMS/WMS/ERP and Excel (lookups/pivots).
- Business English is a requirement plus local language
