Kennywood - Security Agent

Roles & Responsibilities:

Do you perform well under pressure and during high-stress situationsAre you at least 18 years oldDo you enjoy creating a safe environment and engaging with guests in a positive and friendly mannerIf you answered yes to these questions you might just be the perfect addition to our security team!

Security team members areresponsible for maintaining a safe environment for guests and perfect candidate should have an eye for detail a knack for problem-solving and an ability to remain calm in stressful situations. Prior security experience is a plus.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Oversee physical safety and security of the organizations facilities/property and people Team Members vendors contractors shippers and visitors.
Manage and report on security incidents and threats.
Oversee and report on security checks/surveillance/monitoring.
Authorize access to facilities and ensure that access is controlled.
Maintain and review security records; periodically report on trends anomalies and concerns

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to address multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service skills ability to resolve questions problems issues and concerns
Strong communications understanding of the English language
Must haveflexible schedule availability including holidays and weekends

Working Conditions:

Requires standing for long periods ability to walk long distances within the park and exposure to the variable outside and inside temperatures including high heat. Must also be able to carry push pull lift and hold objects weighing up to 30 pounds. Occasional bending squatting and reaching above shoulders
