About the Role

As a 2nd Chopper (二砧板) you will be focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring timely courteous and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all types of chopping duties.
• Ensure the hygiene standards are achieved according to HACCP & ISO22000 requirements.
• 負責各種切割工序
• 根據酒店的食物安全標準維持餐廳的衛生水平

About You

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in Hotels with similar capacities.
• Basic knowledge in HACCP and ISO22000.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• 具備二至三年酒店相關工作經驗
• 基本食物安全及衞生知識
• 具備團隊合作精神及良好溝通技巧
