Job Summary

MCIO Academic:
Provide technical support to multi cloud environments collaborating with the OS teams performing regular maintenance managing servers. The roles purpose is to manage the daily operation of our Private and Public Cloud Infrastructure at OS level.

Technical skills
Required:
Bachelor from the next careers: Computer Systems Electronics Informatics Mechatronics or similar.
Logical and mathematical thinking.
Problem solving strong critical thinking and communication skills.
Verbal and written communication skills in English (B1 or above).
Optional Experience:
Basic Compute and Operating Systems concepts.
Basic Multi Cloud Knowledge including but not limited AWS Azure Google Cloud OCI etc.
Basic Virtualization Knowledge.
Basic Networking Knowledge.
Knowledge in programming languages.
Orchestration tool used for any patching strategy.
Soft skills
Have strong inter-personal and communication skills: capable of training users in complex topics and making presentations to internal groups.
Able to write intricate system and user documentation. Capable of writing and explaining purchase justifications
Independent problem solving; self-directed self-starting proactive to acquire new knowledge.
Strong investigative and analysis skills
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong customer service skills and proactive customer focused attitude
Good understanding of business processes and application of technology
