Job Summary
You will be working within the Data and Reporting Foundation in Finance & Risk. Depending on your seniority you will also gain exposure to the broader ING landscape.
The team
Your work will contribute to the Finance and Risk Integrated Architecture (FRIDA) program INGs strategic data solution for both internal and regulatory reporting. FRIDA is a key pillar in harmonizing Finance & Risk data ensuring consistency scalability and compliance across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of IT Business Analysts
Define and document business processes and requirements
Drive stakeholder alignment and roadmap refinement
Conduct advanced data modelling (logical and physical) and data analysis
Lead requirement elicitation validation and lifecycle management
Collaborate with Finance & Risk stakeholders to deliver domain-specific solutions
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Provide expert recommendations to improve business performance
Support Agile delivery and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring
Relevant experience in business analysis and data modelling
1015 years of experience in Data Modelling
610 years of leadership experience
Strong expertise in logical and physical data modelling data analysis and requirement gathering
Deep understanding of Finance & Risk domain processes and systems
Support Agile delivery and continuous improvement initiatives
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results in Agile environments
