Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
At Boston Speech Therapy we are seeking a passionate and dedicated BCBA to join our dynamic team. As a valued member of our organization you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans for students with diverse needs. This position is full-time 35 hours a week at $90 per hour and its working with students who are between kindergarten and eighth grade. This is a 1099 contract position and it goes from now until the end of the school year.
Requirements
- Masters degree in behavior analysis psychology education or related field
- Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in data analysis software and tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in creating and conducting training sessions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting behavior analysis
- BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BCBA)
