Were seeking a compassionate organized and people-focusedRegistered Nurse (RN)to join our team as aCaregiver Mentor. Thisnon-clinical part-time rolesupports our home care team by conducting client assessments training caregivers and ensuring quality care for seniors in the community.

What Youll Do:
- Available to work in the office and be available to be out in the field. Conduct in-home non-medical client assessments and update care plans
- Train caregivers on safe techniques including transfers gait belt use and Hoyer lift operation.
- Perform periodic quality assurance visits and caregiver skills assessments
- Assign additional trainings to caregivers as needed
- Enter/saving documentation into database and tracking all training results.
- Serve as a trusted resource for non-clinical client care concerns
- Maintain accurate records of assessments training sessions and evaluations
What Were Looking For:
- Active RN license in Florida
- CPR Card
- Drivers License; Car Car insurance
- This position requires Level 2 background screening through Floridas Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse. Learn more:.
- Strong communication teaching and mentoring skills
- Organized detail-oriented and proactive
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) and comfortable with technology
- Passion for making a difference and supporting caregivers in their roles
- Willingness to travel locally for client visits (mileage reimbursement provided)
