Join our fast-paced multispecialty AAAHC-accredited Ambulatory Surgery Center as a Pre-Op/Recovery Registered Nurse. This role is responsible for providing safe high-quality patient care throughout the pre-operative assessment and post-anesthesia recovery phases in alignment with AAAHC standards and evidence-based best practices.
Position Highlights
- Full-time 4 days per week
- No weekends

Responsibilities
- Perform pre-operative assessments education and preparation
- Provide Phase I and Phase II PACU nursing care
- Monitor and evaluate patient response to anesthesia and treatment
- Prioritize patient safety comfort and recovery readiness
- Document care accurately and timely in accordance with AAAHC guidelines
- Collaborate with surgeons anesthesia providers and clinical staff
Qualifications
- Current RN license (state-specific)
- Previous Pre-Op or PACU/ICU/ED experience preferred
- BLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred or willingness to obtain
- Strong assessment and patient-education skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced ASC environment willing to cross-train to other areas.
