About the role:

This role will work on theNeuromodulationteam supporting compensationadministration for the Interventional Spine (IVS) this role you will have the opportunity to work with high performing teams across sales strategy field training finance and compensation as well as interact directly with our field Sales Compensation Analyst will work cross-functionally toadministerandmaintaincompensation plans that drive business performance and overall sales Sales Compensation Analyst will alsoassistinroster management and field sales system in this role you will assist in the management production and analytics of commissions paid to our USNMField Sales Compensation Analyst will be accountable to ensurethe accuracy of all compensation data such as employee data revenue performance account alignments compensation rates etc.

Your Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborates with finance sales leadership marketingITand other sales operations functions to deliver on commercial strategies and drive a continuous improvement culture.

  • Responsible for the administration and validation of employee data sales hierarchyIVS monthly/quarterly/annual commissions.

  • Partners with Center of Excellence to executemonthly validation audits to ensure 100%accuratecommissionscalculations.

  • Assistsin thecommissionauditof monthly financial accruals.

  • Process monthly and quarterly commission adjustmentsand exceptions.

  • Consults onsales compensation systemenhancementsand modifications. This includes the layout testingdocumentationand validation of plan changes and commission calculation accuracy.

  • Assistswithadministrationofsales incentive plans and contests.

  • Monitors and ensures compliance with company policies/procedures federal state & local compensation laws & regulations.

  • Conductsadhoc analysis asrequested.

Whatwerelooking for in you:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.

  • Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Minimum of1-2years ofSales Compensationexperience.

  • AdvancedExcel experience.

  • Ability to be both a team player and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Anaplan software experience

  • Sales Operations experience

  • Medical Industry experience

Maximum Salary: $110500

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) see vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training pertinent education including licensure and certifications among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly) non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g. any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).

Compensation for exempt non-sales roles may also include variable compensation i.e. annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
