Topicals Processor

Pay: $17.13/hr Schedule: Full-Time Location: Spokane Valley WA

About the Role

Were seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Topicals Processor to join our production team in Spokane Valley WA! In this role youll help craft high-quality topical products maintain organized inventory and ensure every batch meets our strict quality standards. If you enjoy hands-on work have a sharp eye for detail and want to be part of an innovative and fast-growing company wed love to meet you.

What Youll Do

• Measure mix and process ingredients for large-scale topical product batches.

• Follow precise formulas and ensure consistency in every product made.

• Track monitor and replenish inventory to maintain smooth production flow.

• Prepare portion label and package finished products for store distribution.

• Maintain accurate records of materials usage and product data.

• Clean and sanitize all tools and equipment using pure ethanol.

• Coordinate with management and other departments on order updates and needs.

• Support Research & Development projects as assigned.

• Maintain a clean organized and safe workspace.

• Follow all company safety standards and operational procedures.

Who You Are

• At least 21 years old with a high school diploma or GED.

• Dependable organized and comfortable working both independently and with a team.

• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand or sit for extended periods.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• Comfortable using spreadsheets and tracking systems (Bamboo experience a plus).

• Previous lab production or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

• Adaptable and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
