We seek a strong and strategic Lead Talent and Succession Specialist to drive end-to-end talent management global talent and succession review process and additional global talent initiatives.
What Youll Do
As our new Lead Talent and Succession Specialist youll be key in designing and implementing global talent practices that support business growth and employee development. Youll lead initiatives that ensure we have the right people in the right roles at the right timewhile fostering a culture of growth mobility and inclusion.
Youll collaborate with HR Business Partners Talent Acquisition and leaders across the organisation to co-create and deliver solutions that strengthen our talent pipeline and build future capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution ofend-to-end talent managementstrategies
- Drivesuccession managementto ensure strong leadership pipelines and readiness for critical roles.
- Build and evolve atalent ecosystemthat supports internal mobility capability development and career growth.
- Lead the talent management track in our internal talent marketplace strategic project.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to identify future talent needs and align strategies accordingly.
- Continuously improve and simplify talent processes to deliver measurable impact and business value.
- Use data and market insights to explore and implement innovative inclusive talent practices.
- Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives in leadership development learning DE&I and employee engagement.
What Youll Bring
- Proven experience in talent management succession planning and talent projects in a global context.
- Strong project leadership skills with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and a passion for people development.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work across cultures and influence at all levels of the organisation.
- Preferably know how about internal talent marketplace solutions
This role can be based in Europe.
What were looking for
- 10 years of progressive experience in regional/global HR or talent management and succession planning roles.
- Proven track record in leading global talent or HR projects across multiple domains.
- Strong program management skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to navigate complex matrix organizations and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience working with external vendors on large-scale global projects.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Masters degree in HR Business Administration or a related field preferred.
