前台客户对接

• 负责与债券市场投资者沟通深入了解客户在信用分析数据获取及报告生成等方面的需求
• 定期跟进客户反馈提供专业建议确保服务贴合市场需求

中台方案设计与交付

• 将客户需求转化为可执行可交付的解决方案并协调内部资源推动项目落地
• 协助设计信用分析报告框架数据产品及服务流程提升团队服务效率

后台数据管理与模型建设

• 负责信用相关数据的收集整理清洗与更新确保数据的准确性与时效性
• 参与信用评级模型的开发优化与维护支持内部分析和客户报告生成
• 利用数据分析工具生成可视化图表及分析表格为决策提供数据支持

综合行政支持

• 协助部门完成日常行政事务包括采购管理会议组织及内部协调工作

任职资格

教育背景

• 本科及以上学历金融经济统计学计算机或相关专业优先

专业知识与技能

• 具备扎实的金融知识熟悉债券市场固定收益产品及信用分析基本方法
• 能够熟练使用ChoiceIfind等金融数据终端进行数据提取与初步分析
• 具备良好的数据处理能力能使用Excel等工具生成专业图表和报告
• 优先条件掌握Python编程能够利用Python进行数据清洗分析及可视化

综合能力

• 优秀的沟通与客户服务意识能够高效对接内外部需求
• 逻辑清晰具备较强的学习能力与团队协作精神
• 注重细节能同时处理多项任务适应快节奏工作环境
