Are you a driven and experienced recruiter with deep knowledge of the health sector in Egypt Azerbaijan or Georgia We are seeking a proactive Freelance Recruiter to join our growing international team and help us source top healthcare professionals in these regions. Location: Remote (focused on Egypt Azerbaijan & Georgia)
Employment Type: Freelance / Contract
Industry: Healthcare Recruitment
Languages: English (mandatory); local languages (Arabic Azerbaijani Georgian) are a plus
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in healthcare recruitment
What youll do:
Manage endtoend recruitment for healthcare roles in Egypt Azerbaijan & Georgia
Source screen and interview qualified candidates
Maintain a pipeline of healthcare professionals for active and future roles
Collaborate with hiring managers and partners to understand staffing needs
Handle all relevant documentation and ensure compliance with local labor regulations
Promote vacancies through multiple sourcing channels and local job boards
What you bring:
Minimum 3 years of experience recruiting in the healthcare industry
Indepth knowledge of local labor markets in at least one of the specified countries
Strong sourcing and communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work independently in a fastpaced remote environment
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic Azerbaijani or Georgian is a plus
Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities
