Job Summary
Traffic Label is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Specialist to join our finance this role you will support billing invoicing accounting and reconciliation tasks while contributing to the smooth operation of various business functions. You will work closely with our affiliates marketing specialists and affiliate managers to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Manage day-to-day financial operations including invoicing billing bookkeeping and reconciliation.
- Handle inquiries from internal departments regarding invoices payments and other finance-related matters.
- Maintain and organize invoicing spreadsheets collecting invoices from different departments and ensuring their accuracy.
- Allocate expenses accurately to cash flow accounts.
- Take part in preparing daily and monthly financial reports for management
- Monitor cash flow tracking the movement of funds in and out of company accounts.
- Assist with HR and office management tasks as needed including employee benefits company-wide event planning office inventory management and purchasing.
- Work with external accountants ensuring all relevant documents and information are provided.
- Support additional business operations and take on ad hoc duties to ensure efficient processes across departments.
Key Qualifications and Personal Traits
- At least 2 years experience in finance or accounting
- English proficiency at B2 level or above
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- High attention to detail positive and proactive
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively across departments
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member
- Proficiency with Google Sheets and financial software and tools
- Familiarity with invoicing procedures and basic accounting principles
Understanding of affiliate marketing models including CPA CPC and
revenue share will be a plus.
