Were looking for a Backend Developer to join us at the cutting edge of LLMs and software security . Youll play a key role in co-leading implementation efforts shaping both our product and technical foundation . As a core team member youll have the freedom to influence our product direction team culture and engineering standards . Were seeking someone whos not afraid to challenge assumptions make smart trade-offs and navigate ambiguity . Responsibilities
Own and evolve the codebase from development to deployment observability and security.
Build systems that interpret task descriptions and design docs (Jira Confluence Docs).
Use LLMs to detect insecure code patterns and deviations from best practices.
Create and maintain APIs powering the UI and internal services.
Build secure connections with Atlassian Google Workspace GitHub and support enterprise auth.
Design and manage databases to keep our product fast and reliable.
Ensure low-latency high-availability systems for enterprise-level users.
Use IaC CI/CD automated testing and agile workflows (Kanban).
Requirements
8 years of software development experience
Proficiency in Python
Experience with PostgreSQL and SQL
Experience working with automated CI/CD pipelines and tooling
Intermediate - Upper intermediate level of English
Nice to have
Experience with FastAPI Asyncio or AnyIO
Terraform experience
Familiarity with AWS Serverless solutions (ECS Lambda)
