Production Associate (Casual Role)

Were looking for hands-on Production Associates to join our Production team in Melbourne (Altona North 3025 VIC).

In this role youll be at the heart of our operations - helping to prepare handle and pack high-quality products that bring joy to our customers kitchens.

What youll do

• Receive handle pick and pack products following procedures.

• Accurately record and track work using our systems and tools.

• Perform quality checks throughout the production process; inspect products for damage or defects.

• Monitor shelf life and expiry dates to minimise waste and maintain product freshness.

• Report issues or discrepancies to supervisors early to support smooth workflow.

• Work collaboratively across teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) safety rules and workplace policies.

What youll bring

• Availability to work at least 3 days per week over Fridays Mondays and Thursdays with flexible start times from 6 am (shifts may vary).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy - you notice issues and take action.

• A proactive team-first attitude - you jump in where needed and support your crew.

• Clear and respectful communication with team members and supervisors.

• Reliability - you show up ready to do your part in getting meals out the door.

• A safety-first mindset that cares for yourself and those around you.

• Previous experience in production warehouse or food handling is great - but not essential. Well give you the training you need to succeed.
