This role is ideal for someone who enjoys guiding a classroom supporting childrens development and working as part of a collaborative supportive team.
What Your Days Will Look Like
- Creating a warm nurturing classroom environment
- Planning engaging age-appropriate activities that support learning through play
- Building strong positive relationships with children and families
- Supporting childrens social emotional and developmental growth
- Leading classroom routines with consistency and care
- Collaborating with assistants and leadership to support the classroom as a team
What Were Looking For
- Experience working in an early childhood setting
- A positive patient and flexible approach to teaching
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- A genuine love for working with young children
- Ability to meet Wisconsin childcare licensing requirements for a Lead Teacher
