Tasks
As a Client Relation & Technical Support Specialist you will be the bridge between our business clients and our product/engineering teams. You will support clients explain tech concepts in simple ways and help drive sales and onboarding.
Be the primary contact for client inquiries
Provide initial technical support and explain basic technical concepts clearly.
Understand and communicate technical details such as:
Basic HTTP concepts (URLs parameters GET/POST requests headers)
JSON/XML API inputs and outputs (Swagger/OpenAPI)
Collaborate with engineers to resolve issues and improve client experience.
Support sales: product demos follow-ups and identify new opportunities.
Build strong long-term relationships with clients.
Occasionally travel to events or a resorts.
Requirements
Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic software technology understanding (no coding).
- Ability to read simple API documentation.
- Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical people.
- Proactive organized and customer-oriented mindset.
- You speak fluent German and have a very good command of written and spoken English.
Nice to Have (Not Required):
- Knowledge of basic SQL.
- Any programming experience.
- Familiarity with GitHub or version control.
- Understanding of HTML.
- Experience in SaaS tech support or client-facing roles.
- Interest in skiing outdoor activities.
