Tasks

Responsibilities

Own all shipping initiatives end-to-end
Track what is blocked why and by whom
Unblock execution:
chase decisions
prepare options
escalate when needed
make pragmatic calls
Break work into small shippable slices
Push teams to finish not perfect
Own early distribution & traction initiatives:
launches
onboarding
early users
visibility experiments
Lead by doing not by talking

Not a strategist
Not a framework designer
Not a meeting organizer
Not an analyst writing decks
Not someone who waits for perfect input

Requirements

Profile we are looking for

Strong bias to action
Comfortable pushing people (including the founder)
Startup-hardened generalist
Technically literate (doesnt need to code but understands delivery)
Feels personal responsibility for outcomes
Gets energy from finishing things
