Job Summary

Job Title: IT Business Analyst

Location: Phoenix AZ - Hybrid

Duration: 12 Months

General Summary:

We are looking for an expert-level Technical BA with FIS MBP ecosystem and Digital One applications experience.

Principle Duties And Responsibilities:

Contribute to overall core banking Solution strategy for digital bank implementation to meet the organizations business requirements
Identify and understand guidelines policies and procedures for IT Asset Management for core banking applications used at Jenius Bank
Contribute to implementation of core banking FIS solutions by collaborating with Product
Define & document technical specifications of core banking FIS integrations used by Jenius Bank for MBP 3.8 to MBP 3.11 upgrade
Responsible for MBP 3.11 Documentation Review Analysis with Jenius stakeholders
Responsible for outlining API & Event updates
Maintain Jenius Kanban board
Provide support for Jenius testing strategy
Monitor evaluate and execute audit processes to ensure compliance.
Other related duties assigned as needed.

Education:

Bachelors degree in computer science information systems business administration or other related discipline

Skills & Qualifications:

5-10 years of experience in an Analyst role in Banking
Banking/Financial Services experience is a must.
Previous experience in an Agile environment for banking financial services or credit card services preferred
Proficiency in standard office software such as MS Office Visio and JIRA
Experience with banking ecosystem system integration
Solid skills in testing API using tools like Rest Assured Postman and writing automation scripts for API tests.
Working knowledge of banking concepts example ACH/ EFT processing Deposits Lending GL
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to audiences of various levels in the organization e.g. executive management individual contributors
Excellent analytical decision-making problem-solving interpersonal team customer service negotiation conflict management and time management skills
