Job Summary

The Roofing Production Manager oversees all aspects of roofing project production ensuring jobs are completed safely on time within budget and to company quality standards. This role coordinates crews materials schedules and inspections while serving as a key link between sales operations and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Plan schedule and manage daily roofing production activities
Supervise roofing crews and subcontractors to ensure productivity and quality workmanship
Ensure all projects comply with company standards local codes and safety regulations
Order track and manage materials and equipment for each project
Conduct job site inspections before during and after project completion
Resolve on-site issues delays or quality concerns quickly and effectively
Coordinate with sales project managers and customers to ensure smooth project handoff
Maintain accurate production records schedules and job costs
Enforce company safety policies and OSHA requirements
Train coach and evaluate production staff and crews

Qualifications

3 5 years of experience in roofing or construction management
Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial roofing systems
Proven leadership and team management skills
Ability to read plans scopes of work and contracts
Excellent organizational time management and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficiency with scheduling software project management tools or CRM systems
Valid drivers license

Preferred Skills & Experience

Experience managing multiple roofing projects simultaneously
Knowledge of insurance restoration roofing (if applicable)
OSHA certification or safety training
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
