Role: Travel LPN/LVN - LTC
Location: Montour Falls NY
Duration: 13 Weeks contract
Shift: 08-hour evening shift
Schedule: 32 hours per week/4 days in a week

Pay breakdown:

• Hourly rate - $45.00 $17.00 taxable $28.00 non-taxable
• OT rate - $67.50
• Weekly Gross - $1440.00 $544.00 taxable $896.00 stipend

Job Summary:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Long Term Care (LTC)
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a Long Term Care (LTC) setting. The LPN will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician to ensure residents receive safe effective and person-centered care.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of LPN/LVN experience - Required
• 1 year of recent LTC experience - Required
• Travel nursing experience - Required
• Point Click Care charting experience - Required
• NY state license - Required
• AHA BLS certification - Required
• No locals/50 miles radius rule
