POSITION	SAP QA Test Lead
LOCATION	Hybrid 3 Days on-site REQUIRED: Alpharetta GA; Charlotte NC; Chicago IL; Conshohocken PA; Dallas TX; Garden City NY; Houston TX; Morristown NJ; Mt. Juliet TN; New York NY; Purchase NY
REQUIRED SKILLS	10 years of SAP QA Manager or Lead experience in FSCD FS-RI SAP BP Workflow and FiGL modules. Proficiency with SAP TOSCA Automation Tool and SAP Solution Manager (SolMan). Ability to create new test cases analyze failures and independently maintain/fix test scripts. Strong collaboration skills to work across various SAP teams and comprehend automation requirements. Minimum 2 years of Business Analysis (BA)and/or Quality Analyst (QA) experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance sector. Experience in BA and/or QA application maintenance enhancement and Production Support in IT systems. Knowledge of SAP BAPI/RFC and integration experience with upstream applications particularly Guidewire or similar Policy/Claim Administration Systems. Proficient in developing and reviewing test plans scenarios cases scripts and in bug/defect analysis. Experience with SAP ChaRM for release management and coordination with SAP BASIS teams for production deployments. A solid foundation in SAP and a thorough understanding of software testing life cycles.
