Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Java Full Stack Developer (Tech Lead) with strong experience in Java 8 & 17 Spring Boot Angular and enterprise application development. The candidate will lead technical delivery manage offshore teams and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Required Skills
- Java 8 and 17
- Spring Spring Boot
- Angular
- SQL and strong Oracle Database experience
- Tech Lead experience
- Project Management experience
- Full SDLC ownership
Preferred / Nice to Have
- JMS IBM MQ
- Apache Camel
- Log4j
- ElasticSearch or OpenSearch
- JGroups
- Jira
- Scrum / Agile experience
Key Requirements
- Strong Core Java / J2EE fundamentals
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience managing offshore teams
- Experience with web services or JMS
- Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology
- Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Prior Union Pacific experience is a plus
