Sales Engineer cum Admin – Specialized Equipment

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage administrative tasks
  • Handle tendering processes
  • International procurement and vendor coordination
  • Sales and client management for specialized equipment
  • Maintain proper documentation

Work Schedule:

  • Thursday: Half Day
  • Saturday: Full Day

We are seeking a qualified and dynamic Sales Engineer cum admin to manage and grow our specialized equipment sales portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a Mechanical engineering background combined with sales and marketing expertise ensuring technical accuracy and strong client engagement in a competitive market.

  • Promote demonstrate and sell specialized equipment to new and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and reports.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and identify potential business opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical or related field) is mandatory.
  • Post-diploma or degree in Sales & Marketing Management is essential.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in equipment sales preferably within the GCC region.
  • Strong technical understanding of specialized industrial equipment.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Valid Qatar driving license preferred.
