This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who takes pride in accuracy consistency and professionalism and who can start within a relatively short timeframe. Youll work closely & report into the Finance Director and play a key part in the month end activities.
Requirements
- Managing purchase and sales ledgers
- Reconciling supplier and customer statements
- Raising sales invoices and assisting with credit control activities
- Maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets and supporting financial reporting
- Ensuring accuracy consistency and compliance across all financial records and processes
Suitable Candidates Will Have / Be
- Experienced using Sage & MS Excel
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Reliable discreet and able to handle confidential information with integrity
- Proactive adaptable and willing to support evolving business needs
- Solid communication skills with people all across the business from Reception to Directors & Customers
