Job Summary
Augment Health Advisors is seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers to provide high-quality personal care and daily living assistance to clients in their homes or care settings. The ideal candidate is patient attentive and committed to supporting the physical emotional and social well-being of individuals who need assistance due to age illness disability or recovery needs.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing grooming dressing and toileting
Provide mobility assistance including transfers and ambulation support
Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to dietary needs
Administer medication reminders as directed (non-medical)
Monitor and report changes in clients physical or emotional condition
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with light housekeeping related to client care
Accompany clients to medical appointments or errands when required
Maintain accurate daily care records and reports
Follow care plans and company policies to ensure client safety and comfort
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a caregiver home health aide or personal care assistant preferred
Compassionate patient and dependable personality
Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Physical ability to assist with lifting and mobility support
Background check and reference verification (required)
CPR/First Aid certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)
