Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Provide exceptional full salon service to every and all clientele
  
• Craft dimensional colorthink California blondes lived-in blondes rich espresso brunettes
  
• Confidently execute cutting and shaping to complement extension work
  
• Collaborate with our founder and extension specialist on transformational client plans
  
• Maintain cleanliness of both your individual station as well as the salon as a whole
  
• Keep up to date on all current hair cutting/styling trends
  
• Lead or assist in consultations offering expert guidance with vision and versatility
  
• Maintain a clean elevated detail-obsessed workspace
  
• Support the team with flexibility professionalism and care as we grow
  

Successful Candidates Must Have:

• California Cosmetology License
  
• Five years behind the chair with advanced color education is preferred
  
• You care just as much about the client experience as the final result
  
• Youre emotionally intelligent reliable and well-spoken
  
• Youre confident in your craft but always open to growth
  
• Youre curious about extensions and open to cross-training
