Responsibilities

• Originate and manage residential and investor-purpose loans from application through closing.
  
• Advise clients on eligibility program options pricing and documentation requirements.
  
• Structure and submit complete loan packages; collaborate with processors (ours or your licensed third-party).
  
• Maintain compliant advertising and communications; leverage our oversight to streamline review.
  
• Build referral relationships and predictable pipelines across purchase refi and investor segments.
  
• Uphold high standards of transparency responsiveness and client care.
  

Qualifications

• Active Florida MLO license and NMLS registration in good standing.
  
• Proven production (ideally 210 loans/month) with strong referral and CRM discipline.
  
• Expertise with conventional and government programs; exposure to SBA DSCR Fix-and-Flip and Ground-Up Construction preferred.
  
• Strong borrower communication file structuring and compliance mindset.
  
• Desire to grow your business while offloading back-office work.
