Job Summary
- Lead and manage all academic administrative and operational functions of the CBSE-affiliated school.
- Ensure full compliance with CBSE curriculum guidelines examination protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the development implementation and evaluation of the schools academic calendar syllabi and teaching methodologies.
- Supervise and mentor teachers conduct performance reviews and support professional development initiatives.
- Foster a positive inclusive and safe school culture that promotes student well-being ethical values and academic excellence.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the school parents students and external stakeholders including education boards and government bodies.
- Monitor student performance attendance and behavior; implement interventions to support at-risk learners.
- Manage school finances budgets and resource allocation in alignment with institutional goals.
- Promote innovation in teaching and learning through the integration of technology and modern pedagogical practices.
- Organize and lead school events parent-teacher meetings and community engagement activities.
- Ensure adherence to health safety and child protection policies across all school operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Education () with specialization in Elementary or Secondary Education.
- Minimum of 25 years of progressive experience in school leadership preferably as a Head Teacher or Deputy Principal.
- Proven experience in managing CBSE curriculum delivery examination processes and board compliance.
- Strong understanding of educational policies assessment frameworks and student development principles.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams drive change and inspire staff and students.
- Proficiency in digital tools for academic management reporting and communication.
- Commitment to ethical leadership equity and inclusive education practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends for school events and meetings.
- School Timings : 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
