Position: English Language Teacher – Finland

Welcome to DTS, a leading provider in the Advertising Services industry. We are currently seeking a dedicated English Language Teacher to join our dynamic team in Finland. The role involves creating an engaging learning environment for students to develop their language skills effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver lessons that meet the needs of students at various proficiency levels

• Implement a variety of teaching methods to enhance student learning outcomes

• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and teaching materials

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in English Language Teaching or related field

• Proven experience in teaching English as a second language

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students

• Proficiency in utilizing technology for educational purposes

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• TEFL or TESOL certification

• Experience teaching English to non-native speakers

• Knowledge of second language acquisition theories
