Job Summary

Skillbridge Academy is seeking a polished and personable Front Desk Agent to serve as the first point of contact for students visitors and staff. This role is essential in creating a welcoming organized and professional front office experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented dependable and committed to delivering exceptional service in a dynamic academic setting.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors students and staff in a professional and courteous manner

  • Manage incoming calls emails and front desk inquiries

  • Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records

  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry document preparation and filing

  • Maintain a clean organized and professional front desk area

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations


Qualifications :
