What Youll Do:
- Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their business objectives security challenges and technical requirements.
- Lead deep technical discovery sessions architecture workshops and solution assessments.
- Design end-to-end solution architectures leveraging Gcores Cloud Infrastructure Security products and platform services tailored to customer-specific use cases.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations solution walkthroughs product demonstrations and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to validate solution fit and value.
- Act as the technical lead for mid to large-size opportunities supporting complex multi-product sales cycles.
- Translate technical architectures into clear business value propositions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Product Engineering Security and Customer Success teams to ensure feasibility scalability and successful handover.
- Contribute to technical proposals solution designs RFP/RFI responses and customer-facing documentation.
- Assist in defining Statements of Work (SOWs) technical scope assumptions and effort estimates to support accurate pricing.
- Provide technical enablement and training to sales teams and customers on cloud security and architectural best practices.
- Stay current on industry trends emerging technologies and competitive solutions across cloud infrastructure cybersecurity and iGaming.
- Support upsell cross-sell and expansion opportunities within existing customer environments.
- Build long-term customer relationships by acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the pre-sales and early delivery lifecycle.
Qualifications :
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in pre-sales engineering solution architecture or technical consulting ideally in Cloud Infrastructure Security CDN or hosting environments.
- Strong technical expertise in security technologies including DDoS protection WAF firewalls IDS/IPS SIEM endpoint security and threat intelligence.
- Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures virtualization networking storage and high-availability design.
- Experience designing solutions for high-performance low-latency and high-traffic environments including iGaming platforms.
- Ability to independently lead technical aspects of complex sales cycles and influence customer decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly explain complex architectures to both technical and executive audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative customer-first mindset.
- Experience supporting PoCs RFPs RFIs SOWs and technical evaluations.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales processes.
Nice to Have:
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP CCSP CEH AWS/GCP/Azure Architect certifications or equivalent.
- Experience in iGaming media streaming fintech or large-scale digital platforms.
- Knowledge of compliance data protection and regulatory requirements relevant to cloud and online gaming environments.
