The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Work collaboratively with the Client and Project Team to achieve project outcomes
- Mentor and coach Commercial Team
- Lead the project procurement strategy & procurement processes
- Lead project Cost Management inclusive of both Head & Subcontract Variation management
- Manage Head Contract and Subcontractor Progress claim/s
- Manage cash flow at both Head & Subcontract
- Preparation and presentation of Monthly Financial reports
About you:
- 10 years experience within a main contractor environment
- Proven experience working in a similar project-based contract and financial administration on other major building developments.
- Additionally you will be proficient across contract management and have the ability to work independently to resolve contractual issues
- You will be self-motivated resilient and enjoy working in a close team environment.
