Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior OutSystems Developerto join our engineering team and play a key role in designing building and scaling enterprise-grade low-code this role you will act as a technical leader driving best practices ensuring high-quality delivery and mentoring junior developers while working closely with product owners architects and stakeholders to translate business needs into robust applications.

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior OutSystems Developer you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of OutSystems applications from concept and design through development testing deployment and support. Your responsibilities will include:
Designing and developing scalable secure and high-performance applications using the OutSystems platform.
Leading technical design decisions defining application architecture and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
Translating business requirements into technical solutions and providing realistic effort estimations.
Integrating OutSystems applications with third-party systems APIs and enterprise services (REST/SOAP databases identity providers etc.).
Ensuring application quality through code reviews performance tuning security best practices and adherence to OutSystems development standards.
Supporting CI/CD pipelines application lifecycle management and environment promotion strategies.
Troubleshooting complex technical issues in development test and production environments.
Mentoring and guiding junior and mid-level developers fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
Collaborating closely with UX designers QA engineers DevOps and business stakeholders to deliver high-value solutions.

Required Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of hands-on technical expertise and leadership capabilities:
Proven experience as an OutSystems Developer with significant experience in a senior or lead role.
Deep understanding of the OutSystems platform including architecture best practices performance optimization and security.
Strong experience with web and mobile application development concepts (responsive design state management UX principles).
Solid knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server Oracle or similar) and data modeling.
Hands-on experience with integrations using REST and SOAP services authentication mechanisms and error handling patterns.
Familiarity with DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g. Git).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
OutSystems certifications (Associate Professional or Expert).
Previous experience in .NET development(C# Web APIs) enabling deeper understanding of custom extensions and legacy system integration.
Experience in enterprise-scale applications high-availability environments or regulated industries.
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure AWS or similar).
Experience with performance monitoring logging and application analytics.
Prior experience in mentoring teams or acting as a technical lead.
