Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused F&B Ambassador to join our team in the beautiful city of Udaipur India. As an F&B Ambassador you will be the face of our food and beverage operations ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests while showcasing the rich culinary heritage of Rajasthan and beyond.
- Greet and welcome guests providing a warm and professional atmosphere
- Offer expert recommendations on menu items wine pairings and local specialties
- Educate guests about the history and cultural significance of various dishes and beverages
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to stay informed about daily specials and menu changes
- Handle guest inquiries special requests and concerns with a positive and solution-oriented approach
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of food and beverage offerings including ingredients and preparation methods
- Assist in organizing and executing special events and themed dining experiences
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Contribute to the development of new menu items and dining concepts
- Collect and provide feedback to management on guest preferences and satisfaction
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests effectively
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends including local Rajasthani cuisine and international offerings
- Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage industry preferably in a customer-facing role
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences
- Proficiency in using POS systems and reservation software
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Food safety certification preferred
- Understanding of wine and beverage pairings
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and best practices
- Knowledge of local Rajasthani culture and traditions
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
