Job Summary
Join our team as a Late Night Delivery Driver in Champaign United States! Were looking for reliable and customer-focused individuals to ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders during night-time hours. As a key member of our delivery team based at 55 E GREEN ST youll play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting our business operations.
- Safely operate a vehicle to deliver orders to customers homes or businesses during late night hours
- Use smartphone applications for navigation and order management
- Interact professionally with customers providing excellent customer service
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members
- Assist with basic store closing duties as needed
Qualifications :
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work late night shifts and weekends
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Proficiency with smartphone applications for navigation and order processing
- Physical ability to lift and carry orders up to 25 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous experience in delivery or customer service is a plus
- Familiarity with the local area and efficient routes is preferred
