Job Summary
Working in forms and label print manufacturing plant the Warehouse/Press Assistant 2 is responsible for maintaining and providing various functions in the warehouse including but not limited to:
- Shredding printed documents maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse including sweep floor and aisle throughout your scheduled shift.
- Inspect warehouse for unwrapped rolls missing tappis damaged rolls and stacking
- Check fix and re-tape outer wraps if needed on rolls relabeling cutting down damage product
- Assist other warehouse personnel as needed to prioritize the receiving of shipments.
- Inspect paper rolls that are received to ensure accuracy of product being received as well as the condition not being damaged.
- Carton/Box making as needed
- Assist Press service personnel and Material handlers as needed.
- Ability to be a self-starter and work with limited supervision to complete required tasks on a daily basis
- Will train to operate a fork truck clamp truck and walker/ryder.
Shift: 1st (Monday - Friday 7am to 3pm)
Sign on Bonus: $1000
Disclosure:
The pay range for this role at the noted location is $17.68 - $19.50 / hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon but not limited to: education skills experience proficiency performance shift and addition to base salary depending on the role the total compensation package may also include overtime shift differential call-in and stand-by pay. Qualifications :
Previous experience in a printing environment preferred
Some experience in the operation of various hand tools preferred
Must be able to work in a team environment
