The Senior Systems Verification Engineer will provide systems engineering support to the NASA Human Landing System (HLS) Program Systems Engineering & Integration Office. The candidate will be assigned to the Requirements & Verification Team with a focus on Requirement modification Verification and integration tasks across program providers and other NASA programs.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

Must have a bachelors degree in a STEM field.
Must have 18-25 years of relevant experience.
Experience with implementing the systems engineering V model.
Experience with requirements specifications and developing traceability matrices.
Experience with spacecraft and/or launch vehicle systems/subsystems architectures.
Experience with systems integration and verification activities.
Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills for effective interaction with customers and co-workers.
Strong knowledge of Systems Engineering Processes and activities.
Demonstrated Leadership skills.
Proficiency in Atlassian Tools (JIRA) Doors Next Generation (DNG) Microsoft Office (Word Excel and PowerPoint).
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to present data to Senior Program Managers.
Candidate must be a US Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications

A Masters degree in STEM is highly desired.
MDA Experience is a plus.
The development of documentation for Engineering and Program Reviews is a desired skill.
