Tasks
**The Role
**As a Founders Associate you work directly with the founders on the companys highest-impact priorities across Go-to-Market Sales and Operations. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to learn fast drive outcomes end-to-end and help build a category-defining company from the inside.
What youll do
- Go-to-Market & Growth: Translate strategy into execution: refining ICP and messaging and leading pipeline and growth experiments that move leads into qualified opportunities and pilots.
- Sales & Customer Development: Support and own parts of the enterprise sales cycle: outreach qualification follow-ups proposals and deal coordination.
- Operations & Company Building: Build scalable internal processes (CRM hygiene reporting hiring workflows templates/playbooks)
Requirements
- 03 years of experience in a high-pace environment (startup consulting VC BizOps/Growth B2B sales) - or clear proof youve taken unusual ownership.
- Strong execution skills: you ship iterate and close loops reliably.
- Analytical structured thinking; you can simplify complex topics and communicate clearly.
- Fluent in English; German is a strong plus (depending on customer context).
- Bonus: Interest in heavy industry / asset integrity / maintenance / inspections; High technical curiosity (you should be comfortable around AI/software workflows).
