Your Key Responsibilities:

Capture precise high-quality video documentation of vehicle repairs
Clearly and professionally explain the technicians diagnosis and repair recommendations on video
Upload and send videos to clients promptly and efficiently
Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
Provide support across the service department as needed

What You Bring to the Table:

Confidence in explaining service processes on camera (voice only)
A keen eye for detail ensuring accuracy in all video documentation
Punctuality and reliability - we need someone we can count on!
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
A valid drivers license and a clean driving record
