Job Summary

ITU AbsorbTech is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Piedmont SC.

In this role you will:

Repair and maintain industrial laundry machinery
Work with electrical boilers pumps air compressors hydraulics and other production machines and equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical devices
Work from blueprints electrical schematics operational manuals and manufacturers specification
Perform general maintenance operations

Pay: $25-$27 an hour depending on experience $0.50 shift differential for 2nd shift.

2nd Shift Schedule: 1pm-9pm OR 4pm-12am Monday-Friday. Occasional weekends as needed.

Education and Experience:

Associate degree (or current enrollment in a technical school) in Facilities Maintenance (or similar) and 1-3 years related experience in maintenance or mechanical repair is required; or equivalent in related experience. Must be detail-oriented dependable and have a positive attitude.
