POSITION OVERVIEW :
We are seeking a dependable and hard working Dishwasher to join our growing team! This vital back of house role is responsible for maintaining a clean organized and safe kitchen environmentensuring the tools and equipment our team uses are consistently clean sanitized and ready to support service.
We are seeking a dependable and hard working Dishwasher to join our growing team! This vital back of house role is responsible for maintaining a clean organized and safe kitchen environmentensuring the tools and equipment our team uses are consistently clean sanitized and ready to support service.
As a Dishwasher at Green The Grain youre not just washing dishesyoure helping power the entire operation by keeping things running smoothly efficiently and hygienically behind the scenes. Were looking for someone who takes pride in a job well done and thrives in a fast paced team-oriented environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Follow all food safety hygiene and sanitation standards in accordance with company policy and state/federal health codes
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation throughout your shift
- Wash rinse and sanitize stainless bowls utensils and kitchen tools throughout service
- Replenish clean items to the front of house and kitchen line during the lunch rush
- Assist with breakdown deep cleaning and closing duties as assigned by management
- Monitor and refill cleaning chemicals sanitizers and supplies as needed
- Help with light stocking or receiving deliveries if required
- Support other team members and tasks when the dish area is caught upteamwork is key!
- Properly store all equipment and tools at the end of shift
- Alert managers to any maintenance or safety concerns with equipment
QUALIFICATIONS :

- Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures consistently
- Physically able to meet demands of the role: standing for long periods bending lifting up to 25 lbs
- Ability to stay calm efficient and organized in a fast paced kitchen environment
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation throughout your shift
- Wash rinse and sanitize stainless bowls utensils and kitchen tools throughout service
