Job Summary

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Per Diem

We are seeking a licensed Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evaluation and treatment services in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat speech language cognitive and swallowing disorders

Perform dysphagia assessments and recommend safe diets

Complete documentation per Medicare and facility standards

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Current state SLP license (CCC-SLP preferred)

Skilled nursing or geriatric experience preferred

Schedule: Per Diem / As Needed Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility

Rate: $60/hour
