Job Summary
- Provide clinical chairside assistance and support during procedures.
- Deliver excellent patient care both in the chair and at reception.
- Maintain strict sterilisation protocols and a clean hygienic environment.
- Manage stock supplies and assist with front-desk duties including bookings and patient enquiries.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant; Certificate III in Dental Assisting is advantageous.
- Solid understanding of dental terminology procedures and dental software.
- Strong attention to detail organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-focused approach.
