What Youll Do

• Provide comprehensive pediatric care: exams assessments diagnosis treatment and follow-up.

• Manage both acute and chronic pediatric conditions such as asthma diabetes ADHD and developmental concerns.

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests; prescribe medications treatments and therapies.

• Educate families on growth development nutrition immunizations and preventive care.

• Collaborate with physicians nurses and specialists to coordinate comprehensive family-centered care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Epic electronic health record system.

• Participate in quality improvement continuing education and community outreach programs.

What Youll Bring

• Masters or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.

• Board certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP-PC or PNP-AC).

• Current Washington ARNP license DEA registration and prescriptive authority.

• BLS and PALS certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months-company provided).

• 12 years of pediatric experience preferred.

• Strong communication critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills.

• Commitment to patient-centered care health equity and community engagement.
