Job Summary

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm sincere greeting to all guests upon arrival and departure using appropriate names and titles whenever possible.

  • Open and close vehicle and resort doors with grace and professionalism ensuring an attentive and polished arrival experience.

  • Coordinate seamlessly with the Bell Team Valet and Front Office to manage guest luggage and transportation needs efficiently.

  • Assist the Valet team with parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a responsible and timely manner.

  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in the hotel entrance and public areas ensuring the arrival experience is defect-free.

  • Uphold the brands Emotional Luxury philosophy ensuring every interaction feels bespoke heartfelt and memorable.

  • Act as a storyteller sharing knowledge about the resorts nature-focused concept and the unique natural beauty of the Red Sea destination.

  • Anticipate guest preferences by observing their needs and providing proactive assistance without being intrusive.

  • Ensure the safety and security of the entrance area monitoring traffic flow and reporting any unusual activities or hazards.

  • Adhere to all Raffles and Accor hygiene safety and service standards at all times.


Qualifications :

Personal Attributes & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an asset.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury 5-star hotel or resort.

  • Must possess a valid driving license and have experience with luxury vehicle handling.

  • Excellent communication skills with a professional appearance and etiquette aligned with luxury standards.

  • Fluent in English; Arabic and other languages are considered a significant asset.

  • Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move objects in excess of 75 pounds as required.

  • A Be Kind and Be Happy personality demonstrating empathy emotional intelligence and a genuine passion for guest service.

  • Experience in a resort pre-opening environment is highly desirable.


Additional Information :

  • Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.
  • experience in project coordination scheduling and document control during pre-Opening stages.
  • Experience in pre-Opening is a must.
  • A proactive anticipatory approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with Luxury standards.
