Key Roles & Responsibilities
Provide a warm sincere greeting to all guests upon arrival and departure using appropriate names and titles whenever possible.
Open and close vehicle and resort doors with grace and professionalism ensuring an attentive and polished arrival experience.
Coordinate seamlessly with the Bell Team Valet and Front Office to manage guest luggage and transportation needs efficiently.
Assist the Valet team with parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a responsible and timely manner.
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in the hotel entrance and public areas ensuring the arrival experience is defect-free.
Uphold the brands Emotional Luxury philosophy ensuring every interaction feels bespoke heartfelt and memorable.
Act as a storyteller sharing knowledge about the resorts nature-focused concept and the unique natural beauty of the Red Sea destination.
Anticipate guest preferences by observing their needs and providing proactive assistance without being intrusive.
Ensure the safety and security of the entrance area monitoring traffic flow and reporting any unusual activities or hazards.
Adhere to all Raffles and Accor hygiene safety and service standards at all times.
Qualifications :
Personal Attributes & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an asset.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury 5-star hotel or resort.
Must possess a valid driving license and have experience with luxury vehicle handling.
Excellent communication skills with a professional appearance and etiquette aligned with luxury standards.
Fluent in English; Arabic and other languages are considered a significant asset.
Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move objects in excess of 75 pounds as required.
A Be Kind and Be Happy personality demonstrating empathy emotional intelligence and a genuine passion for guest service.
Experience in a resort pre-opening environment is highly desirable.
