Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Retail Attendant to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As a Retail Attendant you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our valued customers.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate cash registers and process various forms of payment accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist with visual merchandising and product displays
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions
- Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and supportive attitude
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Basic math skills for cash transactions and inventory counting
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Familiarity with visual merchandising techniques
- Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns efficiently
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
