Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused SPA Attendant to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As a SPA Attendant you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a relaxing and rejuvenating experience at our spa facility.
- Welcome and greet spa guests providing a warm and inviting atmosphere
- Schedule and manage appointments for various spa treatments and services
- Assist guests with questions about spa treatments products and facilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the spa area
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are properly stocked with supplies
- Assist therapists and other spa staff as needed
- Handle cash and process payments for services and retail products
- Promote and sell spa products and services to guests
- Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction throughout their spa experience
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications :
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and empathetic demeanor
- Knowledge of spa treatments and services
- Ability to maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills for managing appointments and processing payments
- Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a spa or hospitality setting preferred
- Spa or massage therapy certification is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and assist with light lifting tasks
