- Deliver warm confident and engaging customer service that reflects Farm Boys commitment to the best fresh shopping experience.
- Greet engage process and bag customer purchases collecting accurate tenders using Farm Boy Customer Service Standards.
- Supervise the front-end team and provide floor support by delegating tasks coordinating meal breaks completing 2x2s and ensuring daily readiness for business.
- Support a culture of trust and inclusion by providing hands-on training and coaching focused on floor operations service standards and service excellence.
- Assist the management team with opening and closing procedures overrides cart retrieval cash-office balancing and handling returns and refunds.
- Support front-office administration including inventory management supply ordering and schedule adjustments.
- Delegate tasks to ensure timely and effective completion of closing procedures.
- Assist with the safe handling and sale of alcohol at applicable locations (Smart Serve certification required or willingness to obtain).
- Follow all corporate policies and procedures with particular focus on Health & Safety Food Safety HACCP compliance and proper equipment use.
- Support the team with additional duties on a periodic basis.
Qualifications :

- A genuine passion for delivering engaging and exceptional customer service.
- Partial completion of a post-secondary program plus a minimum of 1 year of progressively responsible experience in a similar role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- The ability to work independently while taking pride in exceptional quality attention to detail and strong cleanliness standards.
- For locations selling alcohol: minimum age of 18 years and Smart Serve certification (or willingness to complete).
- Strong mathematical skills with a high degree of accuracy when processing transactions and handling tenders.
- A collaborative leadership style supported by clear and effective organizational and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; French language skills considered an asset.
